Evite, the world’s leading digital invitation platform, is looking for a passionate and creative Manager of Data Analysis (Product), to join our team in Los Angeles reporting to the Senior Director of Data and Monetization.

You will be a key member of the Data and Monetization team which is responsible for on-going monitoring of business performance/drivers, site performance, AB testing and web analytics/tagging.  As part of the team, you will deliver web and product performance analysis and insights that will educate and influence Product and business decision-making. 

In this versatile role, you will be responsible for site tagging as well as web / business analytics.  You’ll work closely with the Product team to measure the success of new site features and flows, digging into usage to make recommendations about how to iterate and improve performance.

Core Capabilities: 

  • Extensive experience tagging websites in Google Tag Manager, e.g., funnel creation/analysis, segment creation, custom report creation, etc. to help us accurately measure site performance. 
  • Solid track record of conducting product analytics and AB testing to measure and iterate the performance of site enhancements and new product features.  
  • Proven track record of using SQL to turn raw data into meaningful, actionable analysis, presenting to stakeholders, and driving value for the business in a fast-paced environment.

  • Maintaining and enhancing the GTM tagging of our site, including defining and enforcing tagging protocols and standards to apply uniform and appropriate tracking of web activity
  • Conducting Google Analytics analysis to optimize user experience and ROI across web, mobile web and mobile apps
  • Conducting analysis by writing advanced SQL coding to deliver key reports and insights to help drive business decision making.
  • Analyzing A/B test findings and conducting follow on deep dives to drive actionable insights
  • Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends and patterns in complex data sets across a variety of sources
  • Creating new Tableau dashboards and maintaining our existing library of self-serve dashboards to support business users across the organization
  • Building reports, managing custom dimensions and segments in Google Analytics
  • Auditing the quality and cleanliness of collected data by reviewing website code

Other Preferred Requirements:

  • Excellent prioritization and time management 
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and test tools such as Optimize a plus
  • Experience creating Tableau dashboards
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • BA/BS degree with a quantitative emphasis (Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Data Science or similar).
