Curious. Innovative. Collaborative. Inclusive. Committed to bringing people together to celebrate their most important life moments. That's who we are at Evite. We work hard, move quickly, support each other, act with integrity, and have a lot of fun along the way! Sound like a party you want to be a part of? We’re currently looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Site Merchandising Coordinator to join our team.
About the Role
We’re looking for a uniquely hybrid thinker: part digital merchandiser, part project manager. This role requires someone who loves to see a project through from start to finish, thrives on being the executor of initiatives, and can stay organized (and help keep others organized as well).
You’ll be responsible for ensuring that Invitation and Greeting templates are accurately uploaded, thoughtfully categorized, and easy to discover while also helping coordinate merchandising and marketing initiatives through Asana. Working closely with Brand Marketing, Design, Data, and Technology, you’ll play a key role in keeping our site running smoothly and evolving with the times.
This is not a traditional ecommerce merchandising role. Our storefront is highly creative and driven by moments and events—not in clearing shelves or convincing people to buy random things. They know what they want to celebrate, and we’re here to help them make that celebration happen. We’re looking for someone who enjoys research, structure, and creative problem-solving, and who finds satisfaction in making a large and diverse catalogue feel easy to shop.
