What you’ll be doing:

Reporting to the Director of Sales Strategy, the Graphic Designer is responsible for design and production of all digital ad units, including interactive custom modules, custom user experiences and sponsored custom invitations. The Graphic Designer must have a keen eye for detail while also being able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. You will work collaboratively with members of the team from across the organization to assess client needs; conceptualize, design and produce top quality solutions.We are  looking for a fun, creative, collaborative person with forward thinking approach to design and a strong understanding of digital advertising.

How you will contribute to the team:

  • Work with the Sales team to create elegant, sophisticated and comprehensive digital media solutions for a variety of advertisers
  • Demonstrate strong internal and external communication skills
  • Possess the ability to conceptualize the advertiser client’s vision while maintaining Evite’s core guidelines
  • Possess the ability to think strategically and apply performance metrics to all creative output
  • Work with the Ad Operations team to develop new creative concepts and perpetually improve upon existing ad products.
  • Assist Ad Operations team with testing and QA of all approved ad units
  • Oversee design and production of digital advertising designs
  • Maintain a detailed Project Management schedule allowing transparency to managers and other teams
  • Provide leadership to junior designers and supporting staff (contractors), when applicable

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Experience working with advertisers, ad agencies and sales departments
  • Experience working with Celtra is a plus
  • High degree of creativity
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to effectively communicate ideas and persuade outcomes through design
  • Superior communication skills and follow-up skills
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator InDesign) is required
  • Knowledge of HTML5 and SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms, specifically CELTRA, for creative production, video and native ads applications is an asset
  • Advanced skills in business software including: Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, or similar
  • 5+ years of digital advertising experience
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong digital campaign executions
