How you will contribute to the team:

An enthusiastic Coordinator to undertake a variety of HR and Legal administrative duties. You will be able to contribute to the attainment of strategic, operational, and organizational priorities of the HR and Legal department. This role will directly report to the HR Business Partner, with dotted line reporting to the Sr Manager, Contracts. This is a part-time position.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data in both paper and database (ADP) and ensure all requirements are met
  • Support the Talent Acquisition process by acquiring job requisitions, posting jobs, tracking open positions, performing background checks, etc.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR-events such as training sessions and seminars
  • Assist with onboarding by presenting new hire orientation and updating ADP with new hire records
  • Completes Forms 1-9, verifies I-9 documentation, maintains and audits I-9 files
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, including collection of employee feedback
  • Support other functions as assigned; liaise with other cross-functional teams
  • Administrative legal support, including contract administration
  • Organizing contract and template libraries
  • Projects related to charting key deal terms for contracts, and similar

What you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with ADP and Jazz desired
  • Ability to handle highly confidential data
  • HR certification or legal assistant training, each a plus
