Evite, the largest digital invitation service, is looking for passionate and well-rounded Ad Operations Lead to join our team in New York City. This role demands the ability to drive results while working across diverse groups within the organization, be a mentor to the ad trafficking team and an effective troubleshooter. 


  • Own trafficking lifecycle of online advertising campaigns using DFP across direct and programmatic channels (desktop, mobile web, app video and email).
  • Train and mentor ad trafficking team.
  • Partner with Account Strategy team to review campaign objective and retrieve client assets.
  • Resolve and guide team on technical challenges and speak on behalf of trafficking requirements.
  • Troubleshoot 3rd party tags to ensure site specs are met.
  • Work with design team on testing and implementing custom ad products.
  • Key player for quality assurance process & execution for new ad products, site redesigns, viewability optimizations, etc.
  • Navigate site projects, onboard new programmatic partners and new ad products with minimal supervision.
  • Develop awareness and forward thinking in the evolution of the site by increasing knowledge of new technologies, products, IAB standards, advertiser demands and client experience.

Required Skills & Experience: BA or BS degree

  • A minimum of 3 years of online ad operations experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, eager to learn and diligent contributor.
  • Effective communicator and ability to breakdown complex concepts across internal and external teams.
  • Highly organized, eye for detail and analytical thinker.
  • Comfortable with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, ad exchanges, campaign management and optimization.
