Job Description:

The Account Strategist is responsible for the day-to-day management of our national clients and the flawless execution of their campaigns. This individual will collaborate with different departments to create strategic and compelling programs for our clients. Must be able to work well in a team oriented atmosphere and be able to manage multiple projects at once. Role requires an individual with impeccable communication and analytical skills.


  • Maintain, develop and grow existing client relationships to improve client retention and satisfaction

  • Manage all day-to-day operations associated with existing campaigns, including:

    • Oversee all campaign delivery and optimization efforts

    • Fulfill campaign / client reporting requests

    • Reconcile billing / invoicing inquiries

  • Build SMART proposals with efficient pricing based on client goals and performance metrics

  • Exhibit thorough understanding of Evite’s offerings and competitive advantage

  • Collaborate with other Strategists to develop new tools and processes

  • Support the Sales team on all assigned campaigns and be fully informed regarding metrics, objectives and status and using performance to up sell current clients

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills – effectively communicate both internally and externally with clients


Required Skills:

  • 2+ years experience with online advertising and/or successful campaign management
  • 2+ years of client management or account management experience
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and DSM/DFP
  • Basic understanding of online media and technology
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • High-energy individual who is a team player
